观察了一下，这朵睡莲会变色。前几天还是明显双色，今天则是混合色了，像是调色板上黄、粉两种颜料渐渐地混合均匀。
从物理角度讲，或许也是个熵增的过程。
当然，我有点儿拿不准是不是同一朵。应该是的，首先肯定是同一盘里的同一株，另外我这几天是每天连续观察，没有看到盆里出现第二朵。
睡莲从傍晚开始到早晨，花苞闭合，白天花朵绽开。这一点也亲见了，嗯，所以叫睡莲。
I’ve been watching this water lily, and it seems to change color. A few days ago it was obviously two-toned; today the colors have blended, like yellow and pink paints on a palette gradually mixing into a uniform hue.
From a physics perspective, it can also be like an entropy-increasing process.
Of course, I’m not entirely sure it’s the same flower. It should be—the same plant in the same pot—and I’ve checked every day these past few days without seeing a second bloom in the pot.
From evening through morning the flower closes, and during the day it opens. Hence the Chinese name for the water lily is shuìlián, i.e., sleeping lotus.
